Digital purchases are final
All sales are final. No refunds, returns, exchanges, or cancellations are offered after purchase, except where required by law.
Duplicate charges and access problems
If you believe you were charged more than once for the same purchase, or you do not receive access to the files you purchased, reply to your Stripe receipt or delivery email within 7 days. We will review the issue and help restore access or correct a verified duplicate charge.
Personal use
Your purchase grants you a personal, nontransferable right to use the digital materials. The files may not be copied, resold, shared, uploaded, or distributed to others.
Professional services
This policy covers digital products only. Coaching and consulting services may have separate terms that are provided before booking or payment.
This policy does not limit any consumer rights or remedies that cannot be excluded under applicable law.
