The experiments
I was twenty one when I started. I had begun to notice that there were patterns in my life I could not leave behind no matter what changed around me. New city, new job, new plan, same patterns.
So I read everything I could get my hands on. I journaled. I ran experiments on myself in thirty day cycles, some stretching to a full year, and I documented every one of them.
This was never a side interest. It was the only path I could see to the life I wanted, and I did not have a backup.
I made myself one promise: if I ever found my way through, I would keep a record precise enough to hand to somebody else.
What the work kept pointing to
Lasting change did not come from trying harder or thinking differently.
It came from engineering the environment. My day. My workspace. How I learned. Who I spent time around. The conditions I had been treating as fixed turned out, almost all of them, to be designable. Change the conditions and the behavior follows, which is the reverse of how most advice tells you to do it.
That was the only method that produced change I could keep.
Why Super Human Engineer
Engineer is the verb, and it carries the whole idea.
Super Human is not a claim that you will become more than human. It describes what becomes available when the system around you finally fits how you are actually built, instead of how you were told you should be.
Plenty of good frameworks already exist. I read them. A few tactics landed and the rest quietly did not, which makes sense, because we are different enough from one another that no single script fits everyone. When it does not work, you assume the problem is you.
This is not a script. It is a method for building your own.
Built to save you years
There is no shortage of information. The challenge is knowing what applies to you, what does not, and how to turn what you learn into lasting change.
I spent years reading, documenting, experimenting, and refining the process behind Super Human Engineer. This system brings that work together so you do not have to begin with a blank page or test every available method yourself.
You still do the meaningful work of designing your life. You simply start with a map.
